In the event that a product has any defects on our part, please keep the shipping receipt for verification. We will process an exchange or a refund if the product quality or delivery issues are our responsibility.
Exchange Policy
Product exchanges can only be made when we have sufficient inventory and the replacement product is of equal value to the product you paid for.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
All confirmed orders are non-cancellable. Any refund requests must be made within 24 hours of completing your payment. The refund processing time depends on your bank's working schedule. All other refund conditions are subject to the international policies of Visa, Mastercard, and JCB.
