DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Scope Alluvia Chocolatier is dedicated to providing a fast and convenient shopping experience, even for online orders. Currently, we offer delivery services to customers within the provinces and cities where our stores are located.

Delivery Fees Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and the rate of our shipping partner. Customers are responsible for paying the delivery fee as per the shipping company's schedule. We offer free delivery in Hà Nội, TP.HCM, Đà Nẵng, Hội An, Phú Quốc, Nha Trang for a single address per order from 1,000,000 VND. Any additional delivery requests will incur an extra fee. Please note that for delivery distances exceeding 10km, we cannot guarantee the quality of our products upon delivery.

In-Store Pickup You are also welcome to pick up your products in person at any Alluvia Chocolatier store during our open hours, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. If you choose the "In-Store Pickup" option, your order will not be charged any shipping fees.

Delivery Time For all orders placed between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, within Hà Nội, TP.HCM, Đà Nẵng, Hội An, Phú Quốc, Nha Trang, our designated delivery partner will deliver your order within a few hours. Alluvia Chocolatier is committed to delivering your order at the latest promised time communicated after order confirmation. Any changes to the delivery time, whether earlier or later, will be communicated and agreed upon with you before delivery. If you choose cash on delivery, please pay the delivery staff and check your product for any defects or missing items. Please also keep your receipt for your records.
