It all began in 1990s, in Vietnam's fertile Mekong Delta, where a dedicated farmer, with a true pioneering spirit, saw immense potential in the land. He wasn't just planting trees; he was nurturing a dream, carefully cultivating cocoa and building a legacy for his family and the "fatherland." His tireless efforts transformed a vision into a thriving farm, laying the groundwork for something truly special.
Inspired by the exceptional cocoa beans grown right on their family farm, his daughter took the next courageous step. She envisioned more than just beans; she dreamed of transforming that precious harvest into exquisite chocolate. And so, Alluvia was born! Today, she passionately oversees every single step, from selecting the finest beans to meticulously crafting the perfect chocolate bars. Alluvia isn't just about chocolate; it's a celebration of dedication, family, and the delicious magic that happens when a dream takes root in the Mekong Delta and blossoms into a reality savored by the world.
